Langholm Cricket Club

After two defeats in a row, Langholm 1st XI got back  to winning ways with a superb victory away to table topping Wigton 2nd's. Batting first Langholm posted 216 for 6 with Nicky Piszczykiewicz the star man with an unbeaten 81. In response Wigton batted well and needed 12 off the last over to win, a superb last over by 16 year old Jake Park restricted them to 4 and Langholm ran out the winners by a nervy 2 runs.
